HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE?
Standard production time for orders is 7 business day's, but we try to complete orders ASAP. We have rush service available for a small fee depending on how soon you need your order.
CAN I SEE A PROOF?
Yes! We like our customers to know what they are getting and email proofs on all personalized items for approval prior to producing. Since we can't erase we need all approvals in writing. (except for small perpetual plates).
CAN I BRING MY OWN ITEM IN TO BE ENGRAVED?
Yes! We have several different processes we can use to customize your item. We will generally need to see the item before we can give a price quote. We can't gurantee the final apperance of customer brought in items. Some items just dont engrave well..
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER READY?
We send automated invoices and completion notices when your order is ready. Please check your email prior to calling and asking if my order is ready.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE AN EMAIL FOR MY PROOF OR APPROVAL?
Most people today have a phone with email capabilities. We need approvals in writing and use the layouts we send as a future backup if needed. If you absolutely can't use email, we can create a paper proof for in person approval. We charge a $5.00 fee for paper proofs.
DO YOU TAKE PURCHASE ORDERS?
Yes we take PO's but do not mail invoices. The individual ordering will be required to take the invoice and submit it for payment from their accounting department.
CAN I BUY SOMETHING OFF THE SHELF?
Unfortunatly we don't sell our display pieces. Our display pieces get bumped dinged and are covered in price tag goo, We like our customers to have a brand new untouched product.
