How long will it take to get my order?

Our standard production time for most orders is 7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. We can generally complete your order earlier with a Rush Fee.

Can I bring in my own item, and how much will it cost to engrave?

We can engrave most customer items, but you will need to bring them into the store for pricing and verification that the item is something we can engrave. Since we did not supply the item we can't know for certain how the engraving will look or even if the material is actually engraveable. We are not responsible for any damage caused to the item or the finished appearance of the engraving, sandblasting, lasering or etching Process. Only items that we sell in store or online are guaranteed.

 

Can I put my logo on an item?

Logos can be reproduced on any of our items for FREE. Logos must be provided (as vector art or a high resolution image) in a .PDF format. All logos that don't meet those requirements may incur addition art fees.

 

How much does the engraving cost?

The items we sell all include FREE standard engraving. Additional location on the same item will be charged accordingly.

 

Can I phone in my order?

NO!   We do not take orders over the phone.

(Not that we don't want to hear from you, but too many mistakes are made when taking dictation over the phone) All engraving information must be typed.

Can I see a layout before you complete my order?

Yes, The initial layout is FREE. You are welcome to make any necessary tweaks/changes to that layout. Multiple requests to make additional changes will be charged accordingly. All rework, after layout approval, will be charged to the customer.

 

When will I get my layout?

Layouts are generally completed within 1-3 business days after placing the order. If its been more than 3 days, check your spam folder or contact us, there may be a problem. 

 

I don't want a layout / I don't have time to look at it

Orders over $10 will require layout approval. We want you to like the finished product, and have an opportunity to make changes before its put into production. We try our best, but sometimes mistakes happen. The customer assumes all responsibility for mistakes/misspellings after layout approval.
